🔹What do you enjoy most about your role?
Seeing clients achieve their property dreams is a bit like watching a Netflix series unfold, only with fewer cliffhangers and more happy endings!

🔹What’s your experience in the industry?
With over a decade of experience, I’ve tackled everything from first homes to investment empires. Think of me as the Swiss Army knife of mortgage brokering!

🔹What do you get up to outside of work?
I don't mind a round of golf on a sunny day, watching a bit of footy or a movie and a glass of wine by the fire,a lot of gardening, painting and runs to the tip as we bought a fixer upper.

🔹Tell us a random fun fact about you.
I’ve won a gold medal at the world masters games.

🔹Your drink of choice?
A perfectly brewed flat white in the morning and a smooth glass of Shiraz in the evening. Balance is key!

🔹What’s a saying or quote you live by?
“Do not take life too seriously. You will never get out of it alive." – Elbert Hubbard that, and “Measure twice, cut once.”

🏡 Get to know the 🙌 Say hello to one of our Mortgage Brokers, Nectar Mortgages: Jessika Ahlgren 🙌 Her nickname is…. 😂👇

🔹What do you enjoy most about your role?
I love playing financial matchmaker, connecting people with a lender to suit their dream homes and investment properties. It’s like Tinder, but with way more paperwork and fewer awkward dates.

🔹What’s your experience in the industry?
I am coming up to a decade in the industry. I have been lucky to have worked with multiple incredible brokers while I was training and now my partner and I have opened an office of our own. [AKA Belconnen!]

🔹What do you get up to outside of work?
I love to garden. We have half an acre and have spent the last 4 years transforming our blank canvas into something pretty cool. We are having a fundraising open garden in April to show off our hard work and raise some money for a good cause.

🔹Tell us a random fun fact about you.
I love eating Kebabs so much that when we got another Jess in the office, the team nicknamed me Kebab as the word Kebab gets my attention faster than my own name.

🔹Your drink of choice?
A good coffee or two in the morning to kick start my day, and a cheeky glass or two of red in winter and white in summer.

🔹What’s a saying or quote you live by?
