Looking for something to do this afternoon or tomorrow?
Go to the Community Bank Beaufort Pyrenees Art Exhibion at the Shire Hall in Lawrence Street and enjoy the Girl Guides Devonshire Tea after viewing the art display with over 400 pieces of work on display and for sale
Then around to the RSL Hall in Willoby Street to stock up on some books for winter reading.
Still more, the photography exhibition in the Beeripmo Centre beside the Shire Offices and then around the corner to the old railway station to the Art Trax Gallery Exhibition.
Congratulations to all the volunteers for all their handwork organising such a great display and weekend.

Community Grants Program 2026...

Do you have a project that will make a positive impact in our community? Community Bank Beaufort is inviting local community groups and not-for-profit organisations to apply for funding support.

Grants are available for projects that contribute to areas including:
• Community wellbeing
• Health and education
• Environmental initiatives
• Community resilience
• Social connection and inclusion

Every year, the Community Grants Program helps bring meaningful local projects to life, supporting initiatives that strengthen connection, wellbeing, education, resilience, and opportunity across our region.

From community spaces and local events to health, environmental and youth initiatives, these grants continue to create lasting positive impact within our community.

Here are just some of the projects and community groups supported through previous grant funding:

✅ Skipton Football Netball Club, digital screen scoreboard
✅ Trawalla and District Hall Commitee, barbecue and catering equipment
✅ Skipton Progress Association, funds for running the Skipton Spring Festival
✅ Waterloo Community Group, air-conditioning installation in hall
✅ The Cyril Callister Foundation, kids art activity as part of the Retro Riff display.
✅ Waubra Recreation Reserve, contribution to building a new children's play space
✅ Raglan Hall and Recreation Reserve Committee of Management, installation of umbrella shade sails
