Momentum continues to build at Breezewood Estate Fernvale.

Breezewood Estate is beginning to reveal its character, with kerb and gutter works now shaping the streets and giving a real sense of the neighbourhood that’s emerging.

There’s a noticeable shift at this stage - the transition from raw land to a defined, considered community. You can start to read the streets, understand the flow, and see how each lot will connect to the broader vision of the estate.
With bulk earthworks complete and services in their final stages, the project is progressing into the next phase of civil delivery. Roadworks will follow, continuing to bring the estate closer to its finished form.

Every decision on site is being made with the end in mind, creating a place that feels cohesive, well-resolved, and genuinely desirable to live in.

This is where a development stops being a site and starts becoming a place people will call home.

Last Friday, the museum doors closed to the public…. and opened to something far more extraordinary.

In the quiet hush of the galleries, under the glow of priceless masterpieces, our private guests stepped into a world curated for the bold, the visionary, and the unapologetically elite.
This is “A Night at the Museum”….where every moment felt like a scene from a film…. and every guest, part of the story.
