Northwest Funds is pleased to announce that Operational Works Approval (OPW) has been received for the 53-lot Fernvale Estate – Breezewood, situated in the heart of the Somerset Region, one of South East Queensland’s fastest-growing residential corridors.

This approval marks a significant milestone in the progression of a high-quality residential community, thoughtfully designed to deliver long-term value for both residents and investors. With demolition works now scheduled and civil construction set to commence shortly, the project is transitioning from planning into the delivery phase — bringing the Breezewood vision to life.

The project is being delivered in collaboration with the developer’s dedicated team of consultants: & Hayes Town Planners, & Sons Civil Engineers, Landscape Planners and Electrics, whose expertise has been instrumental in navigating the approvals process.

Further updates will be shared as construction advances and Fernvale Estate takes shape.
