Finished the week with three pre-settlement inspections, all dual income properties with long-term tenants already in place (6+ years)— a strong foundation for secure investing and future value-add opportunities.

Two of the properties were secured off-market, highlighting the strength of trusted agent relationships and access to quality opportunities, with the third purchased through the open market.
