ACORA Equips Armenian Financial Leaders with Tools to Navigate Climate Risks and Sustainability
The Association of Credit Organizations of Armenia, in a strategic collaboration with its partners Agents for Impact GmbH (Germany) and SmartJump (Armenia) successfully co-hosted a vital workshop entitled "Sustainability and Climate Risks: How They Impact Firms." The event brought together 14 CEOs, decision-makers, and ESG specialists from Armenia's leading credit organizations to address one of the most pressing challenges facing the global financial industry today.
The workshop was expertly led by Andrii Tiurenkov, SCR, Director of Debt Investments at Agents for Impact GmbH, a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in the financial sector. Mr. Tiurenkov guided participants through the complex landscape of sustainability, providing a deep dive into how climate change translates into tangible financial risks for businesses.
