شرکت بناء کابل گروپ در سال 2009 با اخذ جواز شماره( D-33619) از اداره حمایه سرمایه گذاری افغانستان آیسا (AISA) بطور رسمی فعالیت خویش را آغاز نمود. این شرکت در ابتداء بخاطر سهم گیری در ساخت و ساز آبادی کشور اولین شرکت را در کتگوری طرح و دیزاین ساختمان ها ثبت و راجستر نمود. در طول این مدت با پشت کار بینانگذار آن ( محترم انجنیر عبدالحکیم حکمت و معاون آن محترم ماستر انجنیر عوض علی حسنی) ده
ها آپارتمان پایین و بلند منزل را طرح، دیزان و زیر ساخت آنرا به مرحله اجرا گذاشت.
بعد از سپری نمودن موفقانه این دوره، شرکت بناء کابل مصمم شد تا در کنار آن در بخش های دیگر نیز فعالیت خویش را آغاز نماید که در راستا در سال 2015 این شرکت به (گروپ کمپنی های بناء کابل) تبدیل گردید.
اکنون گروپ کمپنی های بناء کابل یکی از بزرگترین گروپ های تجاری است که در زمینه های مختلف جهت خدمت برای وطن فعالیت مینماید، گروپ کمپنی های بناء کابل فعلا در بخش های عمده تجاری و ساختمانی قرار ذیل فعالیت می نماید:
