One thing’s crystal clear: villas are in short supply! Even with around 19,700 expected by year-end (Business Insider), demand is still outpacing supply, setting the stage for strong price growth.

Developers are making bold moves:
🏡 The Oasis by Emaar: Expect expansive plots, generous built-up areas, and even 4BR Villas with basements—exclusivity at its finest with only 3,100 villas available.
