You are about to make one of the biggest mistakes in Dubai real estate right now.

Unpopular opinion: Do not sell your Dubai property right now. Yes, I said it

Here is exactly what I am telling Dubai property owners right now.

If you bought for the short term, you may have a problem.
If you bought for the long term, the fundamentals are still intact.

Population is growing.
Taxes are zero.
Rental demand is still there.
And Dubai is still built to attract money, talent, and growth.

So before you panic, ask yourself one honest question:

Can you hold for the next 2 to 3 years?

If the answer is yes, you probably do not have a real problem.
If the answer is no, then the issue is not fear. The issue is liquidity.

Because selling right now is not a strategy.
It is an emotion.

And emotions in real estate cost people money.

Pain does not need to become panic.
It needs to become a plan.

The people who win in Dubai real estate are not the ones reacting to noise.
They are the ones who understand the fundamentals and hold their position.
