We would like to inform everyone that our website is up-and-running again. We at FXVV, wanted to apologize again for the inconvenience this has caused everyone.
Please take note that still for those new clients who opened their account from 10th of May 2013, we advise you to re-open a new account again as soon as website is back to normal as backup and original data from this date cannot be recovered by our technical team. MetaTrader4 is perfectly working, and trading account has not been affected. Only client data/profile information and uploaded documents from 10th of May has been lost from the website server and has nothing to do with Trading accounts.
