About the Role
We are looking for a driven, high-performing Business Development Manager to sell our flagship Actively Managed Certificates (AMCs) – the fastest and most cost-effective way for asset managers, founders, and investment strategists to launch professionally structured, tradable investment vehicles.
AMCs deliver full active management with Swiss ISIN, bankruptcy-remote PCC structure, daily NAV, Bloomberg & Vienna Stock Exchange listing, and institutional-grade protection… at ~25% of the cost and in just 2 weeks.
This is a high-commission opportunity to help clients raise global capital faster and smarter.
*What You Will Do*
*Prospect and engage asset managers, family offices, and strategy owners globally
*Present and close AMC structuring deals (equities, private credit, digital assets, real estate, art, etc.)
*Build and manage a network of business introducers and referral partners
*Deliver white-glove support from initial consultation to successful issuance
*Hit revenue targets and earn generous commissions on every closed structure
*What You Bring*
*Proven sales track record in structured products, funds, private equity, or wealth management
*Strong network in asset management or alternative investments (big advantage)
*Excellent communication and closing skills
*Self-starter with hunter mentality
*Finance or business degree preferred
